Personal Training at The KIN Studio is different than most other personal training gyms at Yonge and St Clair. We approach fitness training from both a strength training and injury rehabilitation standpoint. Our personal trainers are all Registered Kinesiologists who understand how to get you in shape, while managing your aches and pains.
