Personal Training at The KIN Studio is different than most other personal training gyms at Yonge and St Clair. We approach fitness training from both a strength training and injury rehabilitation standpoint. Our personal trainers are all Registered Kinesiologists who understand how to get you in shape, while managing your aches and pains. Our goal is not to allow pain to get in the way of your fitness.
We offer a detailed assessment of your posture, core strength, muscular imbalances, past injuries and overall fitness level. From that, we create a unique personal training workout program that moves you toward your goal of fitness while managing any physiotherapy related issues that could get in the way of your progress.
