This Eight Week Program is tailored to the unique considerations of a mature clientele. It combines functional strength training, core and abdominal strength, and glute/butt exercises in progressive circuit style workouts that provide the intensity of the more well known fitness programs, with safe and intelligent guidance from Registered Kinesiologists. No past workout experience is needed. Our Program also offers free guidance and tools for caloric accountability as well as Nutritionist services if needed.
