Arti is passionate about improving physical and mental well-being through the flow of her Yoga practice. To enhance both, her classes interweave the mindfulness of yoga with the science of movement.
Her own health and wellness journey began in 2003 with specialist training in physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Upon graduating from Kurukshetra University in India, she decided to broaden her focus to include injury prevention and targeted movement, an ambition that brought her to Canada where she studied at both Humber College and the Yogatree Studio Toronto. As a yoga teacher informed about western rehabilitation, Arti combines both eastern and western philosophies; empowering you to make lifestyle modifications in a uniquely holistic manner.
