Get In Shape With The Kin Fit Workout Program!

This Eight Week Program combines functional strength training, core and abdominal strength, and glute/butt exercises in progressive circuit style workouts that provide the intensity of the more well known fitness programs, with the safety and intelligence of advanced knowledge from Registered Kinesiologists.  Our Program offers free guidance and tools for caloric accountability as well as Nutritionist services if needed.
