Meredith Burton is a Registered Kinesiologist and Level 2 Provincial Gymnastics Coach. She has an advanced understanding of body mechanics and technical movement skills from her time as both a provincial athlete and gymnastics coach at the University of Toronto. Meredith has also provided support as an athletic therapist for the University of Toronto swim team as they prepared for National competition. Meredith has numerous NCCP coaching certifications, is certified in soft tissue release, and experienced in both manual stretching and strength and conditioning. Her approach to movement blends elements of precise corrective exercise, core training, and targeted strength training principles. Her hobbies include gymnastics, working out, cooking and a good book.

She found a passion for health and fitness during her time as an athlete and decided to continue her education in health science. Sydney has experience working one-on-one with a variety of clients to help them reach their fitness goals. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, baking, and exploring new cities.
